The Open Evenings will feel a bit different to a normal visit, with a masterclass talk ‘introducing Self Build essentials’ at 7pm, they will also cover the key topic of Finding Land.
They will be providing short tours of our educational exhibits and have over 200 exhibitors with displays on doors & windows, flooring, solar panels, heat pumps, insulation and much more.
With hot food available, a free goody bag (containing some exclusive offers and give-aways) for every visitor, the brand new Open Evenings are the perfect opportunity to discover what self-building is all about.

Advice on ‘Finding Land & Appraising Plots’with Mark Stevenson: 8pm
Mark Stevenson is manging director of Potton, an experienced builder, and presents The NSBRC’s Guide to Finding Land and Appraising a Plot Course. In this taster session – exploring the challenging world of plot hunting – Mark will share his advice and knowledge of finding plots, how to get started and some top tips for finding your own building plot.
