The July launch of the governments new Green Homes Grant has received mixed reviews. While some see the change from a ‘loan’ style system to a grant as progress, there are still big questions marks regarding the impact the scheme will have given the cost of energy efficiency upgrades and the comparatively small offering from the government to encourage energy efficiency improvements.
