Saving water, saving money.
The warm weather and increased demand for water during the current lockdown has seen water companies encouraging their customers to save water (and money) where they can.
So what can you do? Top tips include:
Use a watering can instead of a hose pipe to water the garden. Ideally fill this with rain water from a rainwater harvesting butt.
Take showers instead of baths, and make sure they are short. Aim for 4 minutes.
Turn off the tap while brushing your teeth.
