While the countries transition to net zero may be well funded, there is a chronic lack of skilled workers, electricians and engineers.

While recent years have seen the bones of a low-carbon future be set out, there is still the very real challenge of where skilled workers will come from to put this plan into action and help the country meet its low carbon goals.
