Green Finance Institute assembles businesses for zero-carbon heat taskforce
The Zero- Carbon Heating Taskforce has been tasked with decarbonising heating systems within the UK.
The Green Finance Institute has gathered representatives from business and experts from Local Authorities, policy and science to achieve this goal
Given that almost 2 fifths of the UKs annual energy consumption comes from heating and hot water from homes, the role of the taskforce is to conduct a review into the barriers and enablers for investment into low carbon heating accross the UK housing sector.
