A septic tank was installed at this site by H.D. Services Ltd in 1991. In 1996 we were asked to extend the system and we added a biological filter and offered a servicing contract for the new system. The service contract was agreed and has been renewed with each property sale in the last 20 years.
As with all our servicing contracts, we remind the client of the requirement to empty the tank on a regular basis and where possible we arrange the de-sludge visit to coincide with our own service visit.
